Onsted Community School Foundation
What is the Foundation?
The Onsted Community School Foundation, established in 1983 is a nonprofit organization with the purpose of enhancing the educational excellence of our school district.
SCHOLARSHIPS
The Onsted Community School Foundation awards scholarships each year to graduating seniors and past graduates of Onsted High School and to members of the Onsted community.
Scholarships are given to students studying any major from foundation funds.
The foundation also has 10 endowments from which memorial scholarships are given to students studying early childhood, elementary or secondary education; business, accounting; mathematics; pediatric nursing, nursing or healthcare; dental hygiene; interior design; travel occupation; drama; veterinary science; natural resources; horticulture; agriculture; chemistry; biology; biochemistry; bio fuels; paramedic; firefighter; wastewater management; culinary arts; a trade; or someone who attended the tech center.
